I made this instrument for the  Philharmonie Sudwestfalen in Germany to be used by principle bassist Eric Stefens.
I modeled it on the "Panormo 2013" with the usual adaptations for a 5 string which include leaving the front thicker to allow for the added tension and taking the string projection up a little for bow clearance.
It is made from alpine woods , with a very attractive flame to the maple.
